These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the pusoy go platform by all registered members in the Philippines. Please read each section carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the pusoy go website, mobile application, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone who interacts with any part of the pusoy go platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot online, and fish game sections. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
pusoy go reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable, and continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use the pusoy go platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

pusoy go reserves the right to verify your identity and age at registration or at any point during your membership. Accounts where the age or identity requirements cannot be confirmed may be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending funds may be withheld pending review.
Account Creation and Security
Each member may hold only one account on the pusoy go platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pusoy go support immediately at [email protected].
pusoy go will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. You should not share your login details with any third party. The platform encrypts all data transmissions and employs industry-standard security measures, but you remain responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure.
Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign an account to another party is prohibited.
User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a member of pusoy go, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to defraud pusoy go or other members through any means, including collusion, bonus abuse, or chargebacks.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting any technical error, bug, or system vulnerability. Any such incident must be reported to support immediately.
- Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that violates applicable Philippines law.
- Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the pusoy go platform or its software.
Violation of any usage rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the pusoy go platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Members are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, subject to the processing time of the chosen payment channel. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ section and are subject to identity verification requirements before release.
pusoy go does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered pusoy go account. Any funds deposited from a mismatched source may be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the FAQ. The platform complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements under Philippines law, and may request additional documentation before processing large transactions.
Gaming outcomes are subject to chance. pusoy go does not guarantee any winnings, and no representation is made that any strategy will result in a profit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pusoy go and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pusoy go makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that defects will be corrected immediately.
pusoy go is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, or third-party service disruptions.
Your total claim against pusoy go for any cause shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
pusoy go reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:
- The member has breached these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Identity or age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
- The account has been flagged under our Anti-Money Laundering or responsible gaming policies.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after completion of required checks, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the pusoy go platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of pusoy go or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
The pusoy go platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. pusoy go does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the pusoy go platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
